Together we specify what you want to achieve, what topics we will cover and what the process will look like. We agree on the dynamics and duration of mentoring.
Getting started – first sessions

Ongoing sessions and support
Through structured 1-on-1 conversations, directed questions and concrete tasks, you work on set goals. Each session is tailored to your needs at that moment.

Standard package

- 10 sessions, systematic work on developing skills and solving more complex topics
- Up to 15 hours of working effectiveness
Note: The final price and number of required sessions are defined after the initial consultation, during which we evaluate your needs and goals together. Each session lasts up to 90 minutes.

Yes, it's completely free. It lasts about 30 minutes and serves to get to know each other, discuss your needs and see if there is a good basis for cooperation.
What if I don't see progress during mentoring?
We regularly monitor progress and adjust our approach. If something doesn't work, we change the strategy. The goal is to take concrete steps forward.
Does mentoring work online or does it have to be live?
Both approaches are effective. Online mentoring through Microsoft Teams is convenient and allows for flexibility, while live mentoring can be conducive to more in-depth conversations.
How do I know if I need mentoring or consulting?
Mentoring is focused on your personal and professional development, while consulting is focused on solving specific business problems. We can clarify this in a free chat.
Can I stop mentoring if it's not a good fit?
Of course. Mentoring is a process that requires mutual engagement. If you feel that you are not getting value, we can adjust the approach or end the cooperation.
