Who holds the Conducting Meetings training?
The trainings are conducted by our long-time collaborators – experts in the field of facilitation and meeting management with years of practical experience in managing different types of groups and discussions in different industries. These are not theoreticians, but professionals who have successfully led thousands of meetings and created systems that work in practice.
My colleagues have practically applied all the facilitation techniques they teach, which allows them to share concrete experiences about what works when tensions are high or when a group loses focus. Each trainer goes through a selection process where I assess practical experience in leading meetings, ability to transfer knowledge, and results achieved by improving team effectiveness.
As a consultant, I analyze your industry, company culture, and the specific types of meetings you hold, then select the most appropriate trainer for your needs. During the training, I monitor the quality of delivery and ensure that the content is tailored to your reality and that participants receive practical tools they can use immediately.
This approach guarantees that you will get a coach who understands your business, team dynamics, and can answer specific questions related to running meetings in your particular situation.

How long does the training for leading meetings last?

Regardless of the format you choose, we can additionally adjust the duration to the specifics of your company and the available time of employees.
It is recommended that participants have:
