Targeti su mi jednako va\u017eni u poslu kao i u privatnom \u017eivotu. style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada nisam u &#8222;konsultantskom modu&#8220;, provodim vreme aktivno &#8211; u\u017eivam u dugim \u0161etnjama i redovno ve\u017ebam. Sport mi poma\u017ee da odr\u017eim energiju za zahtevne poslovne izazove. Tako\u0111e, jako volim da \u010ditam &#8211; posebno biografije uspe\u0161nih preduzetnika i knjige o li\u010dnom razvoju.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2013. godine, suo\u010dena sa izazovima preduzetni\u0161tva, odlu\u010dila sam da iskoristim svoje iskustvo i pomognem drugim kompanijama. Kroz godine rada i u\u010denja, ne samo da sam savladala prepreke, ve\u0107 sam razvila ekspertizu koja danas obuhvata strategiju i razvoj poslovanja, liderstvo i mentorstvo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa vi\u0161e od decenije iskustva u IT industriji, poma\u017eem kompanijama da prevazi\u0111u izazove digitalnog doba. Ono \u0161to me zaista defini\u0161e je moja prirodna komunikativnost i duboka potreba da pomognem ljudima da ostvare svoje ciljeve.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ljudi su moja najve\u0107a motivacija. Moja prirodna komunikativnost \u010dini mentorstvo jednim od najispunjavaju\u0107ih delova mog posla.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verujem da je klju\u010d uspeha u stvaranju okru\u017eenja gde svaki \u010dlan tima mo\u017ee da se razvija i ostvari svoj potencijal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posebno me ispunjava rad sa mladim preduzetnicima i liderima gde delim svoje iskustvo u savladavanju poslovnih izazova i realizaciji ciljeva.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poma\u017eem klijentima da sagledaju \u0161iru sliku, prilagode se promenama i implementiraju strategije koje vode ka rastu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svaki projekat je prilika da u\u010dim ne\u0161to novo i da pomognem nekome da ostvari svoje ciljeve.
